As Data Scientist at Bolt (one of the fastest growing ride-hailing companies in the world), my main focus is supporting lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring the company growth and delivering best experience for riders and drivers. Being passionate about math and having degrees in finance and economics, I transitioned to Data Science from Business Analytics, marking my path with numerous math competitions and hackathons.
I’m active in Data Science community in Estonia (organising top-notch Data Science conference North Star AI, speaking at local meetups and international conferences) and I’m passionate about engaging girls in tech (organizing Tallinn Django Girls workshop, speaking at events and camps for school girls about career in IT).
